In December 1991, four teenage girls were murdered at an Austin yogurt shop. The case went unsolved for more than thirty years. This is the story of what happened — and what it cost everyone who couldn't let it go.
Pig Village Productions is an Austin-based documentary production company founded by Beth Garrabrant and Mickey Stanley. Their debut project, The Yogurt Shop Murders, premiered on HBO in August 2025 and concludes with a new episode on May 22, 2026.

Mickey Stanley is a writer, editor, and producer. A former contributor to Vanity Fair, Nylon, and Art + Design, and photographer for A24 and Casamigos, he conceived The Yogurt Shop Murders after learning about the case from his neighbors in Austin. He spent five years developing and producing the series.
He is currently developing new documentary projects.

Beth Garrabrant is a fine art photographer and producer. Her photography has appeared on multiple platinum-selling albums and in major publications. As Co-Executive Producer of The Yogurt Shop Murders, she brings visual intelligence and editorial instinct to Pig Village's work.
